This series is inspired by my backpacking trip circumnavigating Mt Hood last summer. 40 miles, 10k elevation gain, views of distant mountain ranges, precarious river crossings, exhaustion and bliss. This particular view captures the top of Bald Mt looking toward Mt Hood.

This is an 8 color screen print. Each print is hand pulled, layer by layer. There are slight variations between prints, it’s what makes the medium so special.
