The Cascade mountain system extends from northern California to central British Columbia. Oregon’s Cascade Range covers roughly 17,000 square miles. That's 17% of the state!

In 2016 a Portland-based bluegrass band by the name of Cascade Crescendo invited me to design the album art for 'Caught in the Rain'. This piece is the inside album art. As an avid hiker, I am constantly trying to find ways to transpose my sketches and reflect upon my experiences in nature into wood carvings and linocuts. This is one of my absolute favorite prints to date. It was an absolute pleasure working on this project.
